We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your shipping confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and processed through PayPal. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors even after an order is submitted; if we do, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed or cancel.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $4.95 flat rate, with orders processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days. 6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items in unworn, original condition with tags attached. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

7. Product Information & Availability

We work to display products, colors, and descriptions accurately, but screens vary and minor differences may occur. All items are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, and we reserve the right to correct any listing or pricing error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on https://dovinpremium.com/ — text, images, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Dovin Premium LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. User Conduct
